Can I return the glasses if they don't fit me?

Yes. You have the right to return within 14 days without giving a reason, in line with European law. The glasses must be returned in their original packaging, unused. See the full exchange and return terms.

Can I try the glasses before I buy?

Yes. We offer a 14-day free return so you can comfortably try the glasses at home. If they don't suit you, return them under the return terms. You can also contact our opticians at +30 210 5450000 for advice on shape, size and colour before ordering.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, we offer interest-free installments with credit cards from most banks. For orders 69-79€ up to 4 installments, 80-100€ up to 6 installments, 101-200€ up to 8 installments and 200-280€ up to 10 installments. With a debit card you can pay in 3 interest-free installments via Klarna. All transactions take place in a secure environment with 128-bit SSL encryption.

Do you supply prescription eyewear with my own prescription?

Yes. With every prescription frame purchase we fit FREE single-vision EcoVision lenses to your prescription (myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism) — a real value of about 60-70€. For upgraded lenses (thinning, progressive for presbyopia, photochromic) we offer HOYA, SHAMIR, Tokai, Zeiss options at competitive prices.
